The Expert Database serves as a source for journalists looking for experts in the field of addiction.Experts on our database include addiction treatment providers, researchers, addiction scientists and more who are available for interviews and to consult on your reporting. This database is a vetted (more information about vetting here) and searchable by region and area of expertise.
This form is not a lifetime commitment. Every year we’ll ask if you want to update your application. You can also ask to be removed at any time.
Applications will be reviewed periodically by the Reporting on Addiction team, and you will receive confirmation when you have been added to the database. Our team will reach out if you’ve been added to the database.
