For experts through experience and training, we provide training, resources and host a database that increases your visibility with journalists.
We believe the media industry is ready to move forward.
The journalism industry has a long history of inaccurate and harmful reporting about substance use, addiction, treatment and recovery.
At Reporting on Addiction, we believe that insufficient training and resources contribute to this issue.
That's why we offer free resources, training and one-on-one support for student and professional journalists. We also work closely with experts through training and experience to teach to help them help journalists reduce harm and increase accuracy.
Cover the Opioid Settlements in Your Community!
We help journalists from across the country cover the billions of dollars flowing into your communities from the litigation against opioid manufacturers, distributors and pharmacies. Whether you’re just getting started or on your tenth story, we have resources and support to help you cover this complex and important issue.
